Meeting Rooms

Meeting rooms are available at the library for educational, civic, cultural and public information meetings. No library meeting room may be used for the purpose of fundraising or any commercial business purposes. Permission to use the meeting rooms in no way implies endorsement of the goals or activities of any organization using the rooms.

The use of the meeting rooms is governed by the library's Meeting Room Policy. Please take the time to read this short policy before reserving a meeting room.

The library has two meeting rooms available for public use:

Eila Hiler A.V. Room, First Floor
Seating capacity: 40 chairs, 6 tables
Sanderson Room, Second Floor
Seating capacity: 60 chairs, 15 tables; Chairs only: 125;
Floor capacity for children: 225
Wireless access available

Reservation Procedures

A meeting room reservation form must be completed and returned to the circulation desk at the library. Completed reservation forms may be faxed to the library at (309)343-4877. No reservation is complete without confirmation from the library. Rooms will be reserved on a first come, first served basis. No room may be reserved more than four months in advance.
