Internet Access
The children's room has computers that provide access to the Internet for educational and informational purposes. The computers in the children's room are for use by individuals age 15 and younger. No gaming or chatting is permitted. Each individual is permitted one hour of use per day. The library reminds parents and guardians that they have the responsibility to oversee their child's exposure to and use of the Internet. Access to the Internet is governed by the library's Internet Use policy. Library card holders may use their card number to access the Internet. Non-residents may purchase a one-hour guest pass for $1 to access the Internet.
Individuals under the age of 16 must have an "Internet Registration and User Agreement" signed by a parent or legal guardian on file at the library. The Internet Registration and User Agreement form is part of the Internet Use Policy. Although available online, the form must be completed and signed by the parent or legal guardian at the library. Forms are also available in the children's room.
