Research Needs: Electronic Resources

Electronic Databases

Use one of our databases to help you with your research.

What is a database?

A database is a collection of information to help you with your research needs. The information may be organized around a particular theme or gathered for a particular use. A database can be anything from a collection of magazine and newspaper articles to information on a specific topic such as gardening or travel or your favorite artist or photographer.

Some databases may be accessed from home or work and some are accessible only from a public use computer in the library.
